ABOUT ME
I'm Ginger Goetz, a brand and marketing designer based in Northern Kentucky, just outside Cincinnati.
I joined RVGP in 2003 after eight years as a creative director, built out its design practice, and have led it ever since. Along the way I've designed for national brands through agency partners and for the local businesses that keep a community running.
What I'm proudest of isn't a single project. It's the clients who have stayed. One followed me from my previous agency and stayed for 26 years. Others have been with me since day one.
I like work with a clear goal and a real deadline. Give me a dense report, a new brand, or a 20-deck course, and I'll give you something clean, consistent, and ready for production.

I use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Claude to sharpen copy, explore ideas, and speed up photo generation and retouching, where they earn their place.
Availability
Open to full-time and contract roles as a Brand & Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Senior Brand Designer. Remote preferred; hybrid in the Cincinnati area works too.
On a personal note…
When I'm not designing I love to travel, spend time with my family, and play with our three dogs. I unwind by reading, needle felting, and making a variety of baskets.
